Barber (or Liberty Head) Half Dollars are named for their
designer, Charles A. Barber. They were made from 1892 to 1915. Like
some other series, the design was also used on other denominations
like the Quarter Dollar and Dime. Pleasing in its appearance it has
long been a favorite of collectors around the world.
